Cougar Volleyball Prepares For Postseason Play

COLUMBUS, Ohio- After one of the most successful regular seasons in Columbus State history, the No. 3 Cougar volleyball squad will start the postseason with the regional championship on Saturday, October 27 in Perrysburg, Ohio. The Cougars finished the regular season as OCCAC Runner-Up behind No. 1 Owens Community College. They go into the postseason with a 28-4 overall record and 13-3 in conference action.

The Region XII DIII Championship will kick off at 2:00 p.m. with the Cougars facing Lorain County. The winner of the first match will play host Owens for the championship at 4:00 p.m.

Both teams competing for the championship will then move on to compete for a district title the following weekend. Location and teams will be announced on Monday, October 29.
