Volleyball earns third straight sweep with win over Tri-C

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Columbus State volleyball team swept visiting Cuyahoga 3-0 on Saturday in front of an energetic crowd in the Delaware Hall Athletic Center. The Cougars improved to 10-7 overall and 6-3 in conference play.

Columbus State took the match by scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-21. Kaitlyn Ahrns had a match-high ten kills, followed by Leah Conway's eight kills. Hannah Wallace recorded six kills and no errors on a .500 attack percentage. Allyse Rutter and Vicki Osborne combined for 28 assists.

Haley Litman scored a match-high two service aces and 18 digs. Katlyn Ray chipped in 12 digs for the defense.

The Cougars will play at Tri-C on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
