Columbus State volleyball falls 3-0 at Lorain County

ELYRIA, Ohio – The Columbus State volleyball team fell to Lorain County 3-0 on Friday. 

The loss dropped the Cougars' conference record to 1-3 while improving the Commodores' record to 3-4.

Julia Wynn led the offense with ten kills and hit .438 while Julia Littell chipped in seven kills and digs apiece. Hannah Wallace led the defense with nine total blocks, including six solo blocks. 

Passing woes and hitting errors plagued Columbus State while Lorain County held the Cougars to a .138 hitting percentage in the three-set match.

Cougars return home to take on the Clark State Eagles Saturday, September 19, at 2 p.m.
